Every day, you will distinguish yourself through your leadership, sound judgment, and management capabilities. You are action-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable exercising a high degree of autonomy. You excel at building strong teams and fostering a shared sense of purpose and belonging. Driven by a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence, you will build on the established success of Hôtel Place d’Armes and lead the property toward new heights.

About Corner Collection

Through iconic properties such as Hôtel Nelligan and Hôtel Place d’Armes, the group has established itself as a leading name in Montreal’s hospitality scene, bringing together heritage, gastronomy, design, and service excellence.

Our ambition is clear: to redefine luxury lifestyle hospitality by creating distinctive destinations that leave a lasting impression on every guest.

As we continue to grow and transform, we are pursuing an ambitious vision driven by exacting standards, a performance-oriented culture, and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience.

Maintain a visible and strategic presence throughout the property to ensure the highest standards are upheld at all times.
Foster a culture of attention to detail, refinement, and anticipation of guest needs.
Identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience and address service gaps promptly, with rigor and sound judgment.
Ensure seamless alignment between service delivery, ambiance, execution, and brand identity.

Property Leadership & Brand Positioning

Embody the vision, prestige, and standards of Hôtel Place d’Armes in all aspects of daily operations.
Position the property as a leading benchmark in the hospitality industry.
Ensure flawless execution and operational excellence across every department and area of the property.
Ensure that every interaction, every space, and every detail reflects the highest standards of contemporary hospitality.

Restaurants & Lifestyle Experiences

Oversee distinctive food and beverage concepts designed to attract and engage audiences well beyond the hotel’s guest base.
Foster seamless synergy between the hotel experience, gastronomy, and wellness offerings.
Help position the property’s restaurants and outlets as must-visit lifestyle destinations in Montreal.
Champion a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence across all guest experiences.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You have an instinctive understanding of contemporary luxury and the expectations of a discerning, highly demanding clientele.

You are recognized for your ability to elevate standards, build high-performing teams, and cultivate a lasting culture of excellence.
You combine a strong operational presence with exceptional interpersonal skills and sound business acumen.
You naturally inspire trust, accountability, and commitment across your teams.
You thrive in ambitious, demanding, and ever-evolving environments.
You understand that excellence lies as much in the smallest details as it does in the broader strategic vision.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

A rare opportunity to lead one of Old Montreal’s most iconic properties at a pivotal moment in its evolution.
A strategic leadership role with a genuine opportunity to influence the property’s future positioning.
The opportunity to actively contribute to the continued evolution of a hospitality group recognized for its ambition and high standards.
