- Lead on the line during service, guiding and supporting the kitchen team
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering to keep the kitchen well stocked and efficient
- Uphold food handling, storage and sanitation practices in line with food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen at all times
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, quality-focused restaurant kitchen
- Strong technique in food preparation, cooking and plating
- Natural leadership, clear communication and a team-first approach
- Composure and attention to detail under pressure
- Thorough knowledge of food safety standards; Ontario Food Handler certification, or willingness to obtain it
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Why House of McGrath
