The organization works closely with clients to align project objectives, budgets, and timelines. Its focus is on delivering well-managed developments that meet stakeholder expectations and adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Role Description The Business Development & Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence in target markets. Day-to-day tasks include researching prospective clients, preparing proposals and presentations, attending industry events, and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, negotiating partnership agreements, and tracking performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth. The manager will also support marketing initiatives, contribute to sales forecasts, and provide regular reports on business development activities.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within real estate development, construction management, or related professional services.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, develop trust, and maintain long-term client and partner connections.
Competence in market research, opportunity analysis, and pipeline management, including use of CRM tools and basic data reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
Solid organizational and project coordination abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Comfort working on-site and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Familiarity with development advisory, owner’s representation, or construction management services is an asset.
