Who are we?

Howden is a global insurance group with employee ownership at its heart. Together, we have pushed the boundaries of insurance. We are united by a shared passion and no-limits mindset, and our strength lies in our ability to collaborate as a powerful international team comprised of 24,000 employees spanning over 56 countries.

People join Howden for many different reasons, but they stay for the same one: our culture. It’s what sets us apart, and the reason our employees have been turning down headhunters for years. At Howden, Commercial & Schemes, commercial insurance isn't just what we do, it's who we are. We support clients through the complex world of commercial risk, providing expert advice and tailored solutions that help businesses navigate uncertainty and achieve their ambitions.

We're looking for a Claims Executive to join our established Claims team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial claims professional who enjoys building client relationships, managing complex claims and working collaboratively with broking colleagues to deliver outstanding service. Working with clients across a broad range of commercial sectors, from SMEs through to larger commercial organisations, you'll act as a trusted adviser throughout the claims journey, supporting clients when they need us most and helping secure the best possible outcomes.

Please note this is a full-time, permanent opportunity. You will ideally be based in our Manchester office two - three days per week.
