Original job description

Company Description Our client is an international management consultancy with offices in Montreal, New York, Singapore, and the UK. They are an agile resource-augmentation specialist providing management consultants to a range of clients but with a particular bias towards the financial services sector. They generate their bench of workers by way of a recruit, train and deploy (RTD) method, up-skilling people and putting them into projects.

Role Description The Enterprise Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Montreal, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. This role is responsible for taking care of one key banking client where there are around 100 management consultants at work through my client. The remit is for someone who can be warm and personable for their consultant population but can also take a more strategic, consultative approach when selling into this client to win more projects. the consultants onsite are more junior so part of the role would be acting as a 'big brother/big sister' figure - someone approachable who can support and guide the junior population, while also being comfortable engaging with very senior stakeholders. The role would also involve planning and coordinating annual client and alumni socials, so having a strong, personable presence and the ability to build relationships with their consultants, and clients will be an important part of the position. This position therefore requires strong communication, commercial awareness, and a consultative approach to enterprise selling.

Qualifications

Candidates must be fluent in English.
Candidates should have experience of selling into the financial services or banking sectors.
Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, and working with CRM tools.
Candidates should possess Sales Presentations skills, with the ability to communicate value propositions clearly to senior and executive-level decision makers.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including building long-term relationships, managing key accounts, and identifying expansion opportunities.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and developing new business.
Candidates should have a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within technology resource-augmentation or recruitment. A minimum of 3 years sales experience in this sector is required.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with a consultative and solutions-focused sales approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote collaboration.

Financial Package

This position offers a basic salary in the region of CAD $70,000 - CAD $120,000 along with a bonus scheme to double this figure and a range of company benefits.
