Hourly Rate Range: $60 - $75 per hour

1. JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join – Capital Markets on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will build and scale workflow automations using Power Platform, Jira, ServiceNow, and other vendor tools. This role involves creating rapid proofs of concept and hands-on solutions to improve Capital Markets processes and reporting, and helping automate project governance, including requirements review, approvals, and sign-offs across projects.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate), strong workflow-automation skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into working solutions. Experience in Capital Markets or investment banking is a strong asset.
2. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and scale workflow automations using Power Platform, Jira, ServiceNow, and other vendor tools.
- Create rapid proofs of concept and hands-on solutions to improve Capital Markets processes and reporting.
- Help automate project governance, including requirements review, approvals, and sign-offs across projects.
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable automation solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process needs and assess automation feasibility.
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

6. COMPENSATION & CONDITIONS
- Hourly Rate: 60$-$75 per hour
- Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in office
