Position Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end technology delivery of the MPW Replatform project, translating project priorities into executable plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. Organize and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Partner closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, vendors, and other delivery partners to coordinate priorities and maintain delivery alignment. Manage project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and deliverables. Maintain project plans, Agile/Scrum artifacts, dashboards, RAID items, status reporting, and governance materials to provide transparency into overall project health. Facilitate project governance and stakeholder discussions to support timely decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation. Coordinate and monitor vendor and partner deliverables, including commitments associated with contracts and statements of work. Promote Agile principles, continuous improvement, delivery discipline, accountability, and collaboration across the project team. Support project closeout, lessons learned, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer activities. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery methodologies, project governance, risk management, and enterprise technology delivery. Scrum certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe is highly relevant; the document also identifies PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent project-management certifications as preferred. Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups in a complex enterprise environment.

Experience

Demonstrated project/program management experience delivering large-scale technology or transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments. Experience coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams, with multiple business and technology stakeholder groups. Experience managing technology delivery using Agile/Scrum, including backlog coordination, sprint execution, delivery tracking, and continuous improvement. Experience managing vendors, partner deliverables, dependencies, risks, financial commitments, and statements of work. Financial-services or another highly regulated industry experience is particularly relevant to the role. Technical and Analytical Skills

Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project-management tools; experience with Confluence, Microsoft Project, Planner, and Power BI is also identified in the document. Strong understanding of Agile metrics and analytics, including maintenance of Scrum artifacts such as burndown charts. Ability to develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, project reporting, and dashboards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with attention to detail. Ability to proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs.

Professional Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively with business, technology, vendors, Product Owners, and senior stakeholders. Strong facilitation skills to run Scrum ceremonies, project meetings, governance discussions, and executive-level forums. Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority. Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in an environment with changing demands and ambiguity. Strong collaboration, accountability, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to coach teams on Agile principles and improve delivery practices.
