Hands-on experience deploying and supporting AI/LLM products or extensive M365 solutions at scale.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like Python, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.
Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks related to AI, including DLP, Purview, access management, and responsible AI policies.
Familiarity with connectors, the Power Platform, and integration across M365, ServiceNow, and identity management systems.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Bilingual in English and French is an asset for candidates based in Montreal.

Desirable Skills & Experiences:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
Deep troubleshooting skills across AI and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Ability to develop and refine knowledge bases, and mentor junior team members.
Strong collaboration skills across geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
Over 6 years in related enterprise environments, especially within financial services, supporting large-scale AI or productivity platforms.
Willingness to operate within a follow-the-sun support model, based in Montreal with staggered hours for optimal coverage.
Fluency in English; bilingual English/French communication skills are preferred for candidates in Montreal.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on security, compliance, and platform reliability.

This is your opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a high-impact role that fosters innovation and continuous learning. Take the next step in your career - apply now and become a key driver of our AI transformation.
