Bilingual in English and French is an asset for candidates based in Montreal.

Desirable Skills & Experiences:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
Deep troubleshooting skills across AI and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Ability to develop and refine knowledge bases, and mentor junior team members.

Over 6 years in related enterprise environments, especially within financial services, supporting large-scale AI or productivity platforms.
Willingness to operate within a follow-the-sun support model, based in Montreal with staggered hours for optimal coverage.
Fluency in English; bilingual English/French communication skills are preferred for candidates in Montreal.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on security, compliance, and platform reliability.

This is your opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a high-impact role that fosters innovation and continuous learning. Take the next step in your career - apply now and become a key driver of our AI transformation.
