We’re seeking a Sr SharePoint Developer with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, Office 365/Microsoft 365, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and modern web development. You’ll work with business analysts, architects, technical leads, and end users to design, build, enhance, and support enterprise collaboration solutions.

Overview
We’re seeking a Sr SharePoint Developer with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, Office 365/Microsoft 365, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and modern web development. You’ll work with business analysts, architects, technical leads, and end users to design, build, enhance, and support enterprise collaboration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, development tasks, and effective SharePoint solutions.
- Design and develop collaboration solutions using SharePoint Online, Office 365, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Build reusable SPFx web parts, extensions, and components using React and TypeScript.
- Develop and configure SharePoint lists, libraries, pages, content types, metadata, permissions, search, and workflows.
- Integrate solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise systems.
- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely fixes or enhancements.
- Prepare solution designs, deployment guides, configuration notes, release documentation, and support handover materials.
- Follow secure coding, version control, quality, and delivery practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, contribute to planning and estimation, and share technical guidance.
- 7–10 years of IT development experience, including strong hands-on SharePoint development.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Office 365/Microsoft 365, SPFx, and modern SharePoint development.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST API integrations.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow and process automation.
- Experience with SharePoint architecture, permissions, lists, libraries, metadata, search, and reusable components.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and delivery skills.
- Hands-on experience with VS Code, Git or Azure Repos, package management, and development tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, PnP PowerShell, and SharePoint Online Management Shell.
- Familiarity with Azure services and Azure AD/Entra ID concepts relevant to SharePoint.
- Awareness of Azure DevOps/GitHub, branching, pull requests, and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and application support processes.
