Job Purpose

The Collision Centre Administrator accepts and directs incoming calls, takes detailed messages, and provides basic information to callers. S/he is the Body Shop’s front-line contact with the public and administrative coordinator and must represent the body shop in a professional, and friendly manner at all times.

Responsibilities

Accepts all incoming calls.
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
Prepare and update customer files.
Obtain customer’s written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales.
Close repair orders.

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in a Body Shop is an asset.
Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.
Proven organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills: both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
Experience using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex and MS Office.
Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism
Must have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.
Professional business attire (refer to Auto World Imports Dress code policy).
