Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Angular and proven experience delivering large-scale software projects for banking/financial services clients. The candidate should be capable of working across architecture, application development, technical leadership, and delivery, with strong knowledge of modern AI/GenAI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications for banking and financial services platforms.
- Provide strong technical leadership across Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, and Angular applications.
- Lead architecture and development decisions across frontend, backend, databases, integrations, and cloud environments.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of software projects, working closely with business, product, engineering, and client stakeholders.
- Review existing systems and define modernization, scalability, and performance strategies.
- Establish best practices for design patterns, coding standards, API design, security, CI/CD, and application performance.
- Evaluate and incorporate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows where applicable.
- Mentor senior developers and architects and provide technical direction across development teams.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, POCs, and production issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Design Patterns.
- Strong Angular development experience, including modern Angular architecture, TypeScript, RxJS, state management, and reusable components.
- Experience designing end-to-end full-stack architectures and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of SQL/relational databases, messaging, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
- Good knowledge of AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI integrations, or AI-enabled enterprise applications.
- Proven experience working on banking/financial services projects, including enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
- Strong understanding of application security, scalability, performance, and high availability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work directly with banking clients.
Preferred
- Experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps practices.
- Experience leading architecture for large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to GenAI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
