Company: HUAYEE GROUP CANADA INC

Location: 7634 Kimbel St, Mississauga, ON L5S 1M6

Job Type: Full-time, On-site (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 30-min unpaid break)

Salary: Hourly Base + High Commission (T4 Payroll)

About Us:

HUAYEE GROUP CANADA INC is a rapidly developing heavy equipment supplier in Canada, backed by our global powerhouse in production, R&D, and manufacturing. We specialize in compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and specialized attachments. With our dedicated local warehouse and full spare parts inventory in Mississauga, we bridge the gap for local landscapers, contractors, and farming communities looking for agile, reliable machinery.

We have a powerful, centralized digital marketing and online lead-generation team based at our overseas headquarters, which continuously channels fresh, high-quality local leads to Canada. We are now looking for a sharp, execution-focused Sales & Operations Manager to lead our Mississauga branch, convert these leads into revenue, build the local team, and manage our warehouse operations.

Work Location:

While our corporate registration address is in Toronto, this position is 100% on-site at our primary operations warehouse and showroom office facility located at 7634 Kimbel St, Mississauga, ON L5S 1M6.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution & Conversion: Take full ownership of turning inquiries and leads (provided by our overseas marketing team) into final sales. Conduct live machinery demonstrations and close deals with local buyers at the showroom.
  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and manage the local Canadian sales specialist team and warehouse personnel to build a high-performing branch culture.
  • Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee daily operations of the Mississauga warehouse, including tracking equipment stock, spare parts inventory, and managing quality control checks upon vehicle arrival.
  • Logistics & Fulfilment: Coordinate incoming international shipments (containers) and manage outbound local deliveries using third-party towing and flatbed logistics providers.
  • Optional Marketing: Local social media creation and organic growth initiatives can be conducted at the manager's own discretion to further boost sales, but lead conversion and operations remain the primary focus.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales management, branch operations, or business development, preferably within the automotive, heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, or construction tool rental sectors.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of building and managing small to mid-sized sales or warehouse teams in Canada.
  • Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (T4 payroll).
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle to commute to the Mississauga facility and perform occasional local client visits.
  • Work Style: A proactive, reliable leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys combining hands-on operations (warehouse/logistics) with high-stakes B2B & B2C sales.
  • Language: Professional fluency in both English (for local client negotiation and sales) and Mandarin Chinese (for headquarters and team coordination).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive fixed hourly base wage + High Profit-Based Commission (Huge earning potential tied directly to branch sales volume).
  • Stable 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM on-site schedule at our Mississauga facility.
  • The unique opportunity to lead, build, and shape a regional branch from the ground up for a well-backed international machinery group.

To Apply: Please submit your resume directly via LinkedIn. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
