Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS to the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through exciting merchandise presentations and executing operational strategies resulting in positive operating profits.

What you can expect:

• Scheduled for opening or closing shifts.
• Follow the Opening / Closing Cashing up policies and procedures.
• Opening and closing (StorIQ checklists)
• Ensure store is clean and organized
• Operate the alarm system, including setting and disarming
• Ensure alarm system is in working order, troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary
• Oversee the janitorial and deliveries as needed.
• Identify problems with working conditions and share with management
• Process returns, exchanges and application of discounts/promotions at POS as needed
• Process shipments and inter-store transfers
• Execute markdowns as needed
• Merchandise and replenish product as needed
• Execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising Standards
• Maintain high levels of communication with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel and customers
• Understand, communicate and execute all Store Operations policies and procedures.
• Ensure all relevant conditions relating to Health & Safety are fulfilled.
• Ensure all documentation relating to Health & Safety are well recorded and maintained.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients – key focus on driving sales and service

Your profile:

• 3+ years of retail experience
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Must be available for early and late shifts as well as on the weekends
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and selling experience
• Professional demeanor and friendly nature
