🚀 WE’RE HIRING: Applications Engineer – Tier 3

📍 Canada, Halifax | Hybrid working – 2 days a week onsite

We’re looking for a hands-on Applications Engineer who thrives on complex technical challenges, gets to the root cause of issues and is always looking for a better way to do things.

This is more than just troubleshooting. You’ll take ownership of critical application issues, drive permanent fixes and help shape the future of application support through automation, continuous improvement and AI-driven innovation. 🤖

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Taking ownership of complex Tier 3 escalations and root-cause investigations.
• Supporting and improving business-critical applications, middleware and application servers.
• Troubleshooting APIs, integrations, authentication and connectivity issues.
• Using scripting and automation to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Enhancing application performance, reliability and security.
• Collaborating with technical teams and exploring smarter, AI-powered ways of working.

💡 What we’re looking for:

Someone with strong application engineering and troubleshooting skills, experience in enterprise application environments, and a solid understanding of Linux and/or Windows.

Experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, APIs, monitoring tools or identity platforms would be a bonus. Just as importantly, you’ll bring curiosity, initiative and a genuine passion for making technology work better.
