CNC Machinist – Night Shift
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $18–$22/hour, based on experience

Position Overview
We are currently hiring two CNC Machinists for an established manufacturing operation in Mississauga.
This is a night-shift opportunity for candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on CNC machining experience who are comfortable working independently and producing parts accurately to specification.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating 3-axis CNC machinery, be familiar with Haas machines and controls, and have exposure to FANUC technology and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
Operate 3-axis CNC machines
Work with Haas machines and controls
Work with FANUC controls/technology
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications
Load materials and properly position workpieces
Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality
Perform basic machine adjustments as required
Use measuring tools to verify finished-part dimensions
Complete routine quality checks throughout the machining process
Identify and report machining, tooling, or quality issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience
Hands-on experience with 3-axis CNC machines
Familiarity with Haas equipment and controls
Familiarity with FANUC technology/controls
Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
Comfortable using precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable and able to work the full 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada through Canadian citizenship or a valid Canadian work permit
Compensation
$18–$22 per hour, depending on previous CNC machining experience and technical skill level.
Schedule
Night Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Candidates must be available to work this shift consistently.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for dependable machinists who already have practical CNC experience and can contribute quickly in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates with strong experience using 3-axis CNC equipment, Haas controls, and FANUC systems will be given priority.
Two positions are available immediately.
