The Opportunity:
Join a front-office engineering team building the systems traders and quants depend on every second. You’ll build high-performance Python tools at the heart of real-time risk, pricing, and decision-making, working directly with the people putting them to work.
What You'll Do:
- Build fast, scalable Python systems that sit at the core of real-time risk and pricing
- Work directly with quants and traders to turn complex risk ideas into production-grade tools
- Help define the architecture of a unified, next-gen front-office risk platform
Who You Are:
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals (degree preferred, not essential)
- Exceptional Python skills with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Curious, analytical, and genuinely interested in markets, trading, and how things work under the hood
- Enjoy solving hard technical and mathematical problems where performance matters
- A strong teammate with personality - you care about building great systems and building great relationships
