Salary: Up to $200k CAD + Indusytry Leading Bonus
Location: Montreal (Hybrid)

An Elite FinTech Firm is looking for the best Software Engineers around to join a top-tier team.
The team is made up of some of the smartest individuals around (degree-educated McGill/MIT/Oxford) who have worked at some elite firms (Google/MindGeek/Ubisoft/Jane St)

Role
- Building scalable and performant software
- Being involved in code implementation, testing, software architecture best practices
- Working on large-scale greenfield projects
Skills
- They are fully open to experience level and will find good fits for the best people
- Strong experience with Python
- Exposure to observability tooling is a plus!
- A desire to learn Rust
- Fantastic education
- Experience working in mission critical environments where speed, reliability and scalability are the most important attributes
