Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams on new processes, system enhancements, and project deliverables.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and subject matter expertise to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.
Act as Tier 3 support for escalated issues involving Infor LN and other ERP applications, working closely with service desk and technical support teams to resolve complex issues.

Critical Capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
Strong facilitation skills, including meeting planning and preparation, clear presentation of ideas, effective moderation of discussions, and the ability to drive alignment and consensus.
