Husky TechnologiesTM a company with a strong foundation built on innovation, close customer relationships, a strong sense of community and a unique culture and values. We are looking for people with the inspiration and talent to develop with us as we pursue our ambitious growth strategy.

Husky TechnologiesTM offers a wealth of opportunity for personal growth and development. Most importantly, Husky Technologies TM offers an opportunity to work with – and be challenged by – a team of great people. Our success is possible because of the creativity, intelligence and passion of our people around the world and their desire to lead change. At the same time, we are not afraid to expect a lot and strive for leadership in all of our key markets. We are a company taking on new challenges and for the right people this means exceptional career development opportunities, the chance to be part of a team that is the best in the world at what we do and the experience that comes from working in an environment that demands constant transformation and innovation.

Husky TechnologiesTM Canadian manufacturing facilities and global headquarters are located in Bolton, Ontario on a large, beautiful campus located just 20 minutes north of Toronto’s Pearson International Airport. Features include a fitness and wellness center, intramural sports activities, on-site cafeteria, and clean, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with outstanding safety records. We offer a great work environment and competitive total compensation package, including above market retirement savings plan and market competitive group benefits.

Husky TechnologiesTM is an exciting company with tremendous potential. We have a great team and great expectations. If you are attracted to bold goals, believe in uncompromising honesty, support mutual respect, care about environmental responsibility, have a passion for excellence and a desire to make a positive contribution – then we want you to join the Husky TechnologiesTM team!

We are looking for a high-impact Finance Manager FP&A to act as a true business partner to our Product Line leadership team.

This role sits at the heart of the business, providing forward-looking insights, challenging assumptions, and driving performance across the business. You will play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions, ensuring financial rigor, and enabling sustainable growth.

This is not a reporting role - it is a decision-enabling role, with full visibility across Orders, Revenue, Margin, EBITDA, and Cash.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Performance Steering

Act as the finance lead for the Product Line, partnering closely with the General Manager and leadership team
Provide clear insights on risks and opportunities, influencing both strategic and operational decisions
Challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with company strategy and financial targets
Drive accountability across the business for financial performance (Orders → Revenue → EBITDA → Cash)

Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for the Product Line
Deliver accurate, timely and insightful analysis versus Forecast, Budget, and Prior Year
Perform detailed Price / Volume / Mix / Cost (PVM) analysis with clear business storytelling
Develop robust financial models and “what-if” scenarios to support decision-making

Performance Insights & Decision Support

Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
Develop and maintain line-of-sight reporting on key top-line and profitability drivers
Identify risks early and proactively propose mitigation actions
Support key strategic initiatives and transformation programs

Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement

Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy
Leverage BI tools and automation to streamline reporting and enhance insights
Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems and reporting

Leadership & Capability Building

Build financial awareness across the business by coaching non-finance stakeholders
Act as a change agent, continuously challenging the status quo and driving improvements
Take full ownership of your scope and operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability

What We Are Looking For

Mindset & Leadership

Strong sense of ownership - acts like a business owner, not just a finance partner
Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to operate in ambiguity
Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
Continuous improvement mindset - not satisfied with the status quo
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Core Capabilities

Strong business acumen and ability to connect financials to operational drivers
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced accounting / controllership skills
Proven ability to translate numbers into clear business insights
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
Professional designation (CPA / CMA / CA) or equivalent preferred
5–8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools strongly preferred
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX)
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
Willingness to travel as required

Why This Role Matters

This Role Offers The Opportunity To

Own a full Product Line P&L
Influence key business decisions and growth strategy
Operate in a high-visibility, high-impact environment
Be part of a team driving transformation and performance improvement

Vacancy: Replacement

Pay Range: $100,000 - $145,000
