We are looking for a high-impact Finance Manager FP&A to act as a true business partner to our Product Line leadership team.

This role sits at the heart of the business, providing forward-looking insights, challenging assumptions, and driving performance across the business. You will play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions, ensuring financial rigor, and enabling sustainable growth.

This is not a reporting role - it is a decision-enabling role, with full visibility across Orders, Revenue, Margin, EBITDA, and Cash.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Performance Steering

Act as the finance lead for the Product Line, partnering closely with the General Manager and leadership team
Provide clear insights on risks and opportunities, influencing both strategic and operational decisions
Challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with company strategy and financial targets
Drive accountability across the business for financial performance (Orders → Revenue → EBITDA → Cash)

Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for the Product Line
Deliver accurate, timely and insightful analysis versus Forecast, Budget, and Prior Year
Perform detailed Price / Volume / Mix / Cost (PVM) analysis with clear business storytelling
Develop robust financial models and “what-if” scenarios to support decision-making

Performance Insights & Decision Support

Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
Develop and maintain line-of-sight reporting on key top-line and profitability drivers
Identify risks early and proactively propose mitigation actions
Support key strategic initiatives and transformation programs

Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement

Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy
Leverage BI tools and automation to streamline reporting and enhance insights
Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems and reporting

Leadership & Capability Building

Build financial awareness across the business by coaching non-finance stakeholders
Act as a change agent, continuously challenging the status quo and driving improvements
Take full ownership of your scope and operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
Professional designation (CPA / CMA / CA) or equivalent preferred
5–8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools strongly preferred
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX)
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
Willingness to travel as required
