The Project Manager, Sales Enablement and Executive Customer Communications will own and lead the development of executive-facing sales enablement content and systems that support high-value customer engagements. This role ensures that Husky delivers clear, compelling, and consistent narratives to senior customer audiences while enabling the sales organization with scalable, high-impact materials aligned to strategic growth objectives.

Scope & Accountabilities

Executive Customer Communications
Lead creation of top-to-top meeting decks and executive presentations for priority customer engagements
Develop persona-based narratives tailored to senior decision-makers (C-suite, executive buyers)
Ensure messaging is aligned to customer context, industry dynamics, and deal stage
Support Sales teams in preparing for high-impact customer conversations
Sales Enablement Content
Own development and curation of PowerPoint-based sales enablement materials
Translate market dynamics, product strategy, and customer challenges into clear, structured narratives
Ensure content is:
Modular and reusable
Easy to tailor for specific customers
Focused on advancing deals and strengthening relationships
Enablement System & Governance
Design and manage a centralized system for sales materials that ensures:
Ease of access and discoverability
Consistency and version control
Alignment with approved messaging

Establish Governance Around

Content standards
Usage expectations
Lifecycle management (creation, refresh, retirement)
Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement
Build structured mechanisms to capture field feedback and customer response
Track usage and effectiveness of materials (e.g., adoption, deal impact)
Identify high-performing content and scale best practices
Continuously refine content based on insights from deal teams and customer interactions
Presentation Excellence
Act as the owner of presentation quality standards across sales enablement
Define and enforce best practices in:
Story structure and flow
Visual clarity and simplicity
Executive-level tone and credibility

Elevate overall quality and consistency of customer-facing presentations

Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner with Marketing to ensure:
Message alignment
Clear distinction between marketing assets and sales enablement materials
Coordinated execution

Collaborate with Product Line Management to translate product strategy into customer-facing value propositions

Align closely with Sales leadership on priorities, opportunities, and content needs

Key Outcomes

High-quality, executive-ready materials consistently used in customer engagements
Improved effectiveness of top-to-top meetings and strategic sales conversations
Strong adoption and usability of sales enablement content
Clear, consistent storytelling across regions and teams
Measurable contribution to pipeline progression and deal success

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, business communications, product marketing, or a related role.
Proven ability to develop executive-level presentations, customer-facing content, and compelling business narratives.
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation storytelling skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and senior leaders in a B2B environment.
Proficiency with AI-powered content and presentation tools to accelerate content development, enhance storytelling, and improve presentation quality.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail

Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000
