Original job description

About Huzzle

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.

Role Type: Full-time

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Job Summary

We're hiring an experienced and results-oriented Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns.

In this role, you'll take ownership of paid media strategies, manage advertising budgets, and use performance insights to drive conversions, generate leads, and maximize return on ad spend.

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a creative approach to campaign optimization. You'll be comfortable working across multiple advertising platforms, identifying growth opportunities, and continuously improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve conversions, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize ROAS.
Manage advertising budgets and allocate spending strategically to achieve campaign objectives.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing clear reports and actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
Continuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve results.
Stay informed about emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing.
Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of paid media strategies, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable campaign results.
Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics (GA4).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Previous experience working within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.
Experience managing advertising campaigns across multiple clients, accounts, or industries.
Familiarity with additional advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page performance, and marketing funnels.
Experience collaborating with creative, content, and marketing teams.

💰 Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.

🌎 100% remote opportunity - work from anywhere.

🚀 Work with international companies across exciting and fast-growing industries.

📈 Career growth opportunities with established businesses and ambitious marketing teams.

🎯 High-impact role where your expertise directly contributes to business growth.

🤝 Direct client placement - become an integral part of the company's team rather than working through a traditional outsourcing agency.

💻 Collaborative environment with opportunities to develop your performance marketing expertise.
