HVAC X Supply is an HVAC wholesale distributor with branches in Mississauga and Vaughan, Ontario. We're hiring a Counter Sales Representative for our Vaughan branch.
You'll be the first person our contractor customers deal with, so we want someone friendly, calm and eager to learn the products.
Location: 21 Bradwick Drive, Concord, Ontario (our Vaughan branch), in person
Job type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay: $21 to $22 per hour
What you'll do
- Help contractors at the counter with orders and returns, in person and by phone.
- Run sales through our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse so orders are accurate and on time.
- Keep the counter clean, organized and stocked.
What you need
- Fluent English.
- Comfort using a POS system.
- Solid basic math.
- Patience and a calm attitude with contractors who are in a rush.
Nice to have
- Mandarin is preferred.
- Cantonese is a plus.
- 1 year of retail sales experience.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- 1 year of HVAC experience. If you don't have it, we'll train you.

Responsibilities

Requirements
