- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Approaches stressful situations with a positive, composed, and problem solving mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Demonstrates an expert knowledge of Spa treatments, its facility and retail offerings.
- Upholds the privacy and confidentiality of all guest information
- Scheduling treatments
- Guest registration and processing payment
- Recommending retail products
- Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Shift schedule: Available to work a variety of shifts from Sunday to Saturday including holidays
- Valid work authorization for Canada
- Previous Spa or hospitality experience
- Proserve and Food Safe Certification required
