Join Our Growing Team – Office & Operations Coordinator
We are a growing Commercial Audio-Video Integration company seeking a motivated, dependable, and organized individual to join our team as an Office & Operations Coordinator. This is a key support role within our company, helping keep our office, orders and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This is a full-time office-based position with a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Shipping and receiving
- Invoicing and administrative support
- Tracking orders and maintaining accurate records
- Purchasing and coordinating equipment order support
- Supporting the team with a variety of office and operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who brings initiative, reliability, organization, and a positive attitude to the workplace. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable with the physical requirements of shipping and receiving, including lifting and moving boxes and equipment.
- A willingness and ability to learn new products, processes, and systems
- Reliability and punctuality
- Takes initiative, follows through on tasks, and takes ownership of their responsibilities
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player and stay organized in a busy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, friendly and confident when dealing with customers, vendors and team members
Experience in office administration, purchasing, shipping/receiving, or a similar role is an asset, but not required. Experience in the AV industry is also an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. We are more interested in finding the right person - someone with the attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn and grow.
