Location: Guelph, Ontario

Hydra-Slide, an HT company, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to support our growing operation in Guelph, Ontario.

Hydra-Slide is a global leader in innovative load-moving and heavy transport solutions. Our products are used around the world to safely and efficiently move some of the industry's most challenging loads. We're looking for an organized, adaptable, and hands-on team player who enjoys variety in their workday and is willing to step in wherever help is needed. This role combines shipping coordination, logistics administration, inventory support, quality documentation, and warehouse assistance in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Approximately 75% of the role is office-based, with the remaining 25% supporting warehouse activities.

What You'll Do

Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
Prepare shipping documentation, including customs paperwork, commercial invoices, packing slips, and bills of lading.
Work with freight forwarders and carriers to arrange shipments and deliveries.
Track shipments and provide delivery updates and tracking information.
Perform data entry related to shipping, inventory, and serial number management.
Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records within business systems.
Assist with inventory counts and inventory management activities.
Support QA/QC documentation and product preparation for shipment.
Help maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
Provide administrative support and assist multiple departments as needed.
Pitch in wherever needed to support the team and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Approximately 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, administration, inventory control, or a related field preferred.
Experience preparing customs or international shipping documentation is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable managing a significant amount of data entry and documentation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver's license.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexible, dependable, and willing to support different areas of the business.
Team-oriented individual who enjoys collaborating with others and solving problems.

Schedule & Location

Onsite position based in Guelph, Ontario.
Typically 4-5 days per week onsite.
