You apply sound engineering judgment to translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions and operate effectively in multidisciplinary team environments. You align stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery.

Success in this role requires strong problem-solving capability, organizational skills, risk awareness, and a commitment to practical collaboration and continuous improvement across all phases of project execution.
