Are you a motivated student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world business experience? Hype Events is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Intern / Co-op to join our people-first team in Midtown Toronto!
This is more than a typical internship. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop valuable business skills, and learn alongside a supportive team that believes in real growth and real opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily business operations and team coordination.
- Assist with client-facing initiatives and customer engagement.
- Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Participate in training, mentorship, and team development.
- Build communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, or a recent graduate.
- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn.
- A strong communicator and team player.
- Organized, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges.
- Excited to gain practical experience in a fast-moving environment.
Previous experience is an asset, but not required. We value attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to grow.
