Customer Experience Representative:

Hype Events creates high-energy, face-to-face marketing campaigns that connect brands with people and drive real results. Looking for your first real opportunity to build experience, confidence, and career skills?

At Hype Events, we’re creating opportunities for people who want more than a typical entry-level job. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with people, represent exciting brands, and develop skills that can take you into leadership and management.

No previous experience is required - full training is provided.

What You’ll Do:

Represent brands through face-to-face events and campaigns
Connect with customers and create positive experiences
Build communication, confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills
Learn from experienced mentors and receive ongoing coaching
Take on more responsibility as you develop

We’re looking for people who are:

Positive, energetic, and people-focused
Coachable and willing to learn
Confident or ready to step outside their comfort zone
Motivated to develop professionally
