Hype Events is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Midtown Toronto team!
This is a fully on-site role where you’ll gain hands-on experience working with customers, developing communication skills, and learning the fundamentals of customer experience, sales, and business.

- Create positive customer experiences
- Communicate directly with customers
- Support customer engagement and acquisition
- Work closely with a team to achieve goals
- Take part in hands-on training and mentorship

- Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus - but not required
