🎪 Role Overview

As an Event Assistant, you’ll play an important role in bringing promotional events to life.

You’ll be involved in everything from setting up events and supporting on-site operations to interacting with attendees and representing some of the brands we work with.

You’ll be learning on the go, working alongside a motivated team, and gaining hands-on experience in events, marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planning, setup, and breakdown of promotional events
Support event coordination, logistics, and on-site operations
Represent client brands and engage confidently with event attendees
Distribute marketing materials and provide customers with product information
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve event goals
Help track event performance and gather customer feedback
Make sure every event runs smoothly, professionally, and with great energy
