At Hype Events, we specialize in face-to-face marketing, retail promotions, and customer acquisition for established brands. We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Toronto team as Retail Sales Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent established brands through in-person retail marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Introduce customers to financial products and membership programs, communicating relevant features and benefits.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product information.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and informative interactions.
• Contribute to individual and team sales objectives while maintaining high customer service standards.
