Coordinate construction project resources and monitor progress against established schedules, proactively identifying deviations, potential delays, and impacts to key milestones.
Coordinate scheduling activities across contractors, trades, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of timelines, resources, and project priorities.
Identify scheduling risks and constraints and work with project stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation or recovery plans.
Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
Act as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes, scheduling impacts, or project issues.
Select, negotiate with, and coordinate the work of vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Manage materials and delivery schedules in support of assigned projects.
Track and report project progress against milestones, schedules, budgetary guidelines, and other performance indicators, providing regular progress updates and forecasts to management.

Demonstrated project scheduling experience, including developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed construction project schedules.
Proficiency with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of project milestones, dependencies, critical timelines, and schedule risk management. >> To confirm if “strong understanding” is appropriate
Solid working knowledge of current construction regulations and plan reading.
Ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple project activities, priorities, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track project information and address issues proactively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team.
