Original job description

Ready to take the next step in your career?

Join a global company shaping the future with technology that drives lasting impact.

Hypertec is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our Sales Operations team in Montreal. If you are motivated, collaborative, and aligned with our values, we would love to hear from you.

We believe that how we work is just as important as what we build. Our values reflect the mindset we bring to everything we do:

Innovation
Trust
Entrepreneurship
Customer Focus

What You’ll Be Contributing:

Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned Tier 1 multinational vendors and serve as a key point of contact for internal teams.
Maintain an up-to-date directory of vendor contacts, escalation paths, account teams, and program owners.
Collect, validate, and communicate information on backend rebates, Market Development Funds (MDF), incentives, promotions, and vendor programs.
Gather and distribute vendor product information, including new product launches, roadmaps, pricing updates, availability, discontinuations, and training opportunities.
Maintain accurate vendor, product, program, and contact information in internal systems and shared repositories.
Prepare regular reports and summaries on vendor programs, rebate/MDFs, product updates, opportunities, risks, and required actions.
Coordinate vendor meetings, business reviews, training sessions, and follow-up actions.

What Sets You Apart:

One to two years of experience in product management, vendor management, sales operations, or a related role; relevant internships may be considered.
Strong relationship-management and professional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with large multinational vendors and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, contacts, and follow-up actions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; experience with CRM, ERP, or vendor portals is an asset.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize complex vendor information clearly and identify gaps or opportunities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across Sales, Finance, Operations, and other teams.

What’s In it For You:

Hybrid work model (3 days a week in office), supported by competitive benefits.
Comprehensive health benefits that ensure you and your family are covered for a wide range of medical needs.
Health Spending Account (HSA).
Employer-matched RRSP Program.
Paid Floater Days.
Our head office will soon relocate to a new, state-of-the-art facility in LaSalle, near the Lachine Canal. Designed to set new standards in sustainability, it reflects our commitment to responsible growth and innovation.

Immerse Yourself in the Hypertec Journey:

You think you are the right candidate for this role? We can’t wait to meet you! We look beyond the CV to discover real potential. Hit “Apply” and let’s discover it together!
