What You’ll Be Contributing:

Support the planning and coordination of assigned projects and large-scale sales opportunities.
Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, priorities, and action-item trackers, and follow up with owners on outstanding tasks.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, inputs, updates, and supporting information.
Monitor progress against agreed timelines, identify potential risks, delays, dependencies, or scope concerns, and promptly escalate them to the appropriate senior team member.
Organize project and opportunity meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and circulate timely follow-up notes.
Prepare clear and accurate status updates for internal teams and leadership, highlighting progress, open items, risks, and next steps.
Support the collection, review, version control, and distribution of current customer-facing and internal content, including proposals, presentations, pricing, specifications, and supporting materials.
Maintain organized and current project files, templates, trackers, and shared content repositories to ensure teams use the latest approved information.
Assist with responses for large-scale opportunities by coordinating timelines, stakeholder contributions, required documentation, and submission readiness.
Assist with project reporting, process improvements, templates, and tools that strengthen visibility, consistency, and team accountability.

What Sets You Apart:

One to three years of experience in project coordination, sales operations, business operations, or a similar role; relevant internship or co-op experience may be considered.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear updates and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, current, and well-organized documentation and content.
Working knowledge of project-management principles, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, action items, and status reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with project-management or CRM tools is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to identify issues and follow through on solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
Project-management training or certification, such as CAPM, is considered an asset.
