Job Summary IPG INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION GROUP INC. is a Canadian-based security company specializing in providing professional security services to our clients. We are currently seeking Experienced Security Guards with at least 6 months of experience in hotel or hospitality security to join our team in Southern Ontario.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to hotel guests
- Monitor and patrol the hotel premises, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including medical, fire, and security breaches
- Perform access control duties and monitor security systems
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address any security risks
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports on incidents, activities, and observations
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a positive experience for guests
- Minimum 6 months of experience in security, preferably in hotel or hospitality settings
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
- Valid Smart Serve Certificate
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English
- Ability to effectively communicate and write detailed reports
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations
- High attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Professional appearance and conduct

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to hotel guests while patrolling and monitoring the premises to protect guests, employees, and property. Respond to incidents and emergencies, manage access control and security systems, inspect facilities, document observations, and enforce hotel policies.
Requirements
Applicants need at least six months of security experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, along with a valid Ontario Security License, First Aid/CPR certification, and Smart Serve certificate. They must be fluent in spoken and written English, communicate and write reports effectively, and demonstrate sound judgment, strong observation skills, and professional conduct.
