Job Title: Business Development Executive – Staffing Solutions

Location: Woodbridge, ON (Field travel across the Greater Toronto Area)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (High Earning Potential)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)

The Opportunity

Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for building partnerships and closing deals? We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate our corporate expansion.

In this role, you will lead full-cycle client acquisition - from market research and field networking to on-site client visits and closing high-value B2B staffing contracts. If you bring proven agency sales experience, an active network, and the drive to smash targets, this position offers an incredible, uncapped earning path.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Prospecting: Identify lucrative B2B staffing opportunities using multi-channel prospecting (field marketing, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and direct networking).
Leverage Your Network: Capitalize on your existing contacts, industry background, and market knowledge to open doors and secure active client accounts quickly.
On-Site Field Sales: Travel to prospective corporate clients across the GTA for face-to-face meetings, workplace assessments, and tailored sales presentations.
Contract Negotiation & Closing: Present competitive workforce solutions, negotiate service terms, and finalize win-win B2B staffing contracts.
Tech-Driven Pipeline Management: Utilize modern CRM platforms, ATS tools, and sales applications to maintain a transparent, high-converting pipeline.
Relationship & Account Management: Build enduring relationships with business owners and HR leaders to drive account expansion and repeat business.

What We Are Looking For

Staffing Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven B2B sales experience within the recruitment/staffing agency industry.
Book of Business: An existing portfolio or actionable network of corporate contacts/clients in the GTA.
Language Skills (Strong Asset): Fluency in Spanish, French, or Tagalog (Filipino) is highly desirable to support client and candidate relationships across diverse GTA market sectors.
Mobility: Valid Ontario Driver’s License (G License) and a reliable personal vehicle for daily local client visits.
Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM databases, ATS platforms, and digital prospecting tools.
Sales Excellence: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding B2B sales quotas with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
