Senior Electrical Estimator – Commercial Construction

We are looking for a dynamic, French-speaking team player to join the estimation team for the construction electrical division of our team in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze plans and specifications to prepare detailed estimates.
  

• Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs.
  

• Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to obtain the best solutions.
  

• Prepare and present proposals/bids to clients.
  

• Support project managers with change orders.
  

• Ensure compliance with standards and deadlines.
  

Qualifications:

• Fluency in French (oral and written) required.
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical estimation in the commercial sector.
  

• Excellent knowledge of electrical codes and construction practices.
  

• Proficiency in estimation software and computer tools (Excel, ACCUBID, ACCEO, etc.).
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Experience with large-scale projects.
  

• Knowledge of project management systems.
  

• Ability to produce "design & build" bids/proposals.
