Must Have:
- Design, develop, test and support AI-powered applications and workflows
- Develop and integrate AI agents into a secure web-based platform
- Develop APIs and application services that support AI capabilities, document processing and workflow automation.
- Implement human-in-the-loop workflows that allow users to review, validate and approve AI-generated content.

- Design, develop, test and support AI-powered applications and workflows
- Design, implement and maintain data pipelines, including extraction, transformation and loading activities.
- Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications and write, test, debug and maintain application code.

- Develop APIs and application services that support AI capabilities, document processing and workflow automation.
- Implement human-in-the-loop workflows that allow users to review, validate and approve AI-generated content.
- Resolve technical issues and provide support during implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.

Full Stack Development and Solution Architecture – 45%
- Experience designing, developing, testing and supporting enterprise web applications.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development using modern development frameworks and design patterns.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable application architectures.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, application services and middleware components.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs and backend services.
- Experience working with relational databases, data modelling, SQL and data integration solutions.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging and maintaining application code.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Experience developing AI-enabled applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI services or AI platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge retrieval and document processing solutions.
- Experience developing and integrating AI agents and multi-step workflow solutions.
- Experience implementing human-in-the-loop workflows that support review, validation and approval processes.
- Experience implementing source traceability, output validation and auditability features.
- Experience working with Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management, Logic Apps or similar cloud technologies.
- Experience implementing Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), authentication and authorization controls.
- Understanding of Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern web development practices.
