What You Will Accomplish With Us
As an
Accounting Technician, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing banking and cash management follow-ups, including bank reconciliations, investigation of discrepancies, monitoring outstanding items, and resolving issues in a timely manner;
- Preparing and owning account reconciliations (bank and other operational accounts), documenting analyses, and maintaining clear audit trails;
- Recording various transactions in Oracle ERP, including journal entries as required for month-end activities, adjustments, and reclassifications;
- Executing established internal controls, identifying anomalies, and promptly escalating situations requiring more in-depth analysis;
- Preparing supporting documentation, responding to inquiries, and producing required reconciliations for external audits, regulatory requests, and internal requests.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3 years of experience in operational accounting;
- Holds a college diploma in Accounting or Administration;
- Is recognized for their strong attention to detail and sense of accountability;

The typical hiring range for this position is between CAD 60,700 and CAD 68,000 per year; the offered base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
