Analyze rejections generated by the systems, including those from payroll files, in order to determine the actions to be taken;
Collaborate with the service team and support plan administrators, advisors and consultants in processing requests, reconciling plans and maintaining excellent customer service;
Validate financial transactions, carry out purchase, sale and transfer operations, prepare various financial and transactional reports and prioritize requests based on their impact on clients, their financial impact and processing deadlines.

Stands out for their understanding of administrative and financial documents as well as their ability to validate their accuracy and compliance;
Is recognized for their collaboration and the quality of their follow-ups;
Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the person will be required to process, understand and validate administrative and transactional documents written in English with clients, plan administrators, advisors and consultants on a weekly basis.

Why you’ll love working with us

A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence;
Artificial intelligence is in everyone’s hands, empowering you to increase your personal effectiveness while supporting the organization’s growth;
A healthy, safe, fair and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed;
