What You'll Accomplish With Us

As a Agent, Client Service and Administration, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

Processing new insurance applications using our systems and tools
Ensuring transactions comply with business rules and established procedures
Issuing contracts and preparing the appropriate correspondence
Responding to client telephone calls and written inquiries regarding policy administration
Managing day-to-day transactions, including banking changes, beneficiary updates, coverage modifications, and annual renewals
Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
Escalating complex cases through established processes
Actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for continuous improvement

What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a college diploma in administration, insurance and financial services (an asset), or a related field
Has 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in administration, customer service, or insurance and financial services
Is recognized for their attention to detail, autonomy, and analytical abilities
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational and prioritization skills
Has an excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite
Has an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as the role requires daily communication with French-speaking clients and the handling of documentation in French
