Job Description

Build the future with us

Are you energized by technology environments where data and analytics play a central role, and eager to contribute to a fast-moving team?

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role within a team of experienced, autonomous, and resourceful specialists. You will help make the true state of delivery visible and actionable, maintain the team’s momentum, and strengthen its delivery capabilities.

This role is a great opportunity to leverage your leadership, judgment, and ability to quickly turn observations into action in an environment where initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement are valued.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Scrum Master, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure continuous, fact-based, and shared visibility into the actual state of delivery, commitments, risks, and dependencies;
  • Quickly identify gaps, obstacles, and early warning signs that could impact delivery and actively contribute to resolving them;
  • Turn information into concrete actions by engaging the right people and ensuring the necessary follow-ups;
  • Support the planning, prioritization, and coordination of activities to promote smooth and predictable delivery;
  • Facilitate discussions and Agile practices using a pragmatic, lightweight approach tailored to the team’s reality;
  • Constructively challenge the team on its commitments, capacity, and ways of working when the situation requires it;
  • Facilitate the management of dependencies and cross-functional issues with partners and other teams;
  • Protect the team’s ability to focus on high-value activities by helping eliminate obstacles and operational friction;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and support the team in implementing concrete and sustainable adjustments;
  • Contribute to a culture where issues are quickly made visible, responsibilities are clear, and everyone contributes to collective success.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for their leadership and ability to mobilize others without formal authority;
  • Stands out for their sound judgment, sense of priorities, and ability to turn observations into action;
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to quickly understand a situation, connect the dots, anticipate risks, and identify what matters most;
  • Is recognized for excellent communication, simplification, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, as well as courage and assertiveness;
  • Has relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in a delivery leadership role within technology teams, ideally working with experienced and autonomous technical specialists;
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or another relevant field;
  • Experience in analytics, data engineering, artificial intelligence, or automation, as well as a Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) or knowledge of SAFe, is considered an asset;
  • Has an advanced level of proficiency in French and an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the successful candidate will be required to communicate daily, both verbally and in writing, with unilingual English-speaking vendors and partners across Canada.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • A work environment where learning and development come together with a shared pursuit of excellence;
  • Artificial intelligence is in everyone’s hands, helping you increase your personal effectiveness while supporting the organization’s growth;
  • A healthy, safe, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone can freely realize and develop their potential;
  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces.
