Planning and managing the full project lifecycle while effectively coordinating internal teams and external partners.
Establishing effective governance, facilitating decision-making forums, and supporting required prioritization and trade-off decisions.
Engaging business, technology, and finance stakeholders through influential leadership.
Managing scope, costs, schedules, risks, quality, and dependencies to achieve targeted outcomes.
Supporting change adoption, continuous improvement, and benefits realization while ensuring alignment with GPMO standards.

What Could Help You Succeed in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

Is recognized for their ability to lead complex strategic initiatives in a matrix environment involving multiple stakeholders.
Stands out through their influential leadership and ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams around shared objectives.
Demonstrates a strong ability to structure strategic initiatives, establish effective governance, and support decision-making processes.
Is recognized for their sound judgment, analytical thinking, and political acumen in high-impact and fast-evolving environments.
Has a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in project management or strategic program delivery.
Holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrates expertise in Agile, Lean, hybrid, or traditional project management approaches and can adapt their methodology to the context.
Has knowledge of cloud environments, FinOps practices, technology governance, or digital transformation, which would be considered an asset.
Has an advanced level of proficiency in both French and English, as the incumbent will act as an advisor to various stakeholders located across Canada. In this role, they will be required to communicate and collaborate regularly in English, both verbally and in writing.
