Is recognized for strong leadership and the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
Has deep expertise in digital solution architecture, particularly within Web, CMS, and Martech environments.
Demonstrates the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.
Is known for strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or another relevant field.
Has a minimum of 12 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 7 years in solution architecture within large-scale organizations.
Brings solid experience with cloud environments, integration architectures, software development, and Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Is proficient with key technologies such as CMS or DXP platforms, .NET, Next.js, React, Azure, Kubernetes, as well as CDN and WAF services. Experience with Optimizely is considered a strong asset.
Has a good understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), security standards (NIST, ISO 27001), and the financial services industry, which are considered assets.
