What You'll Do

  • Lead the use, governance, and continuous improvement of project delivery systems supporting cost, schedule, progress, procurement, engineering, construction, risk, change, and document management.
  • Define functional standards, data structures, workflows, reporting requirements, master data rules, and integration needs aligned with project delivery governance.
  • Develop integrated dashboards, executive scorecards, and portfolio reports that clearly communicate performance, variances, trends, risks, and forecasts.
  • Integrate data from multiple platforms into governed reporting models, semantic models, data dictionaries, and standardised performance indicators.
  • Automate recurring reporting and apply advanced analytics, forecasting, variance analysis, and anomaly detection to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and deviations.
  • Embed practical applications of artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and intelligent document processing into project delivery processes.
  • Partner with Project Controls, Technology, Information Management, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations while meeting safety, privacy, governance, and responsible AI requirements.

  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Five to ten years of experience in project controls, business intelligence, project analytics, data management, digital project delivery, or project systems within capital projects.
  • Experience supporting large-scale industrial, mining, infrastructure, energy, or EPCM projects.
  • Advanced Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, Excel, semantic modelling, data modelling, ETL, and dashboard development skills.
  • Experience with EcoSys, Primavera P6, Oracle, SharePoint, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Services, AI Builder, or related platforms.
  • PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-SP, CBIP, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, data analytics, AI, or equivalent certifications are considered assets.

Who We Are

IAMGOLD is a modern mining company. Proudly Canadian, with operations across North America and West Africa. We are a different kind of mining company, guided by a belief that people, purpose and performance belong together. We don't separate results from responsibility because how we operate matters. We are helping shape the future of mining through operational excellence, advancing technology, and a culture grounded in inclusion and safety. At IAMGOLD, innovation is practical progress driven by those closest to the work, from new ways of working to the technologies transforming our operations.

Our success is built on strong relationships with the communities that host our operations. We are committed to partnering with Indigenous Peoples and First Nations communities in ways that foster trust, respect, opportunity, and shared value.

With a growing portfolio, including one of Canada's newest major gold mining operations, we know our success depends on people who are ready to make an impact.
