Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and customer consultations.
Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and project planning.

Extensive experience in distribution design, cost estimating, and utility or industrial projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, designs, and estimates simultaneously.

Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of electrical distribution design, construction practices, codes, standards, and specifications.
Ability to create, review, and authenticate engineering drawings and design packages.
Experience developing estimates from drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

What We're Looking For

A collaborative professional who thrives in a team environment.
A proactive problem solver who can navigate complex technical challenges.
A self-motivated individual focused on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results.

Additional Requirements
