Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Identify, document, track, and report software defects using bug tracking tools.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Analyze test results and provide clear reports on software quality and performance.

Participate in test planning, strategy development, and review sessions.

Ensure software meets defined quality standards before release.

Re-test resolved defects and verify fixes.

Support automation testing initiatives where applicable.

Maintain test documentation, test plans, and testing records.

Work within Agile or Waterfall development environments.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.

✅ Requirements

Experience in software testing, quality assurance, IT support, or related technical roles is preferred.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).

Familiarity with manual testing techniques and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).

Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman) is an advantage.

Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and web/mobile applications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to document test cases and report issues clearly and accurately.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Exposure to Agile development, automation tools, and modern QA practices.

Career progression into Senior Test Analyst, QA Engineer, Automation Engineer, QA Lead, or QA Manager roles.

A collaborative, technology-driven, and quality-focused work environment.

Training, mentorship, and certification opportunities.
