Responsibilities
Cut, trim, debone, weigh, package, and prepare standard and customer-requested cuts of meat, as well as poultry and sausages. Sell meat to customers and prepare displays of meat, poultry, and fish products.
Requirements
Requires a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience and 3 to less than 5 years of experience. Candidates should be accurate, customer-focused, reliable team players with strong oral communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
